Launay’s Gourmet Evening, held on the first Wednesday of every month, is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a number of dishes and flavours. As ever, if you would like us to make any changes to the dishes being served, we will gladly discuss any options with you. We normally advise that you arrive between 7:00-7.30pm to give you enough time to relax between courses.

A glass of apple cocktail with a foie gras brulee

Launay’s garden trifle – tomato jelly, spinach soup, bacon foam, spring onion micro herbs and brioche croque monsieur

La Poisson

Crab ravioli, lobster medallion & seared scallop with lobster sauce & brandy froth

La Viande

Venison noisette with hazelnut farce, pigeon breast wrapped in bacon, red, white & blue potato salad, wilted red kale and shiraz & chanterelle mushroom consumme

Le Fromage

Pear, port & stilton souffle

Le Dessert

Corn & vanilla pana cotta with clear caramel jelly & popcorn granite

Freshly brewed coffee with millionaires shortbread

A deposit of £10 per person or credit card details. 5 days notice of cancellation is required or deposit is non-refundable / £10 cancellation charge will apply to credit card.
